Import Export Code (IEC) certificate is an initial & important document to start the business of Import & Export. IEC is issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India to allow us import or export of any product/services.
Any company or indivisual can grant only one IEC on one PAN card. The copnay/indivisual must be surrendered their IEC if issued multiple IEC on one PAN card.
Advance Authorization/DFIA scheme is a duty exemption scheme enables duty free import of inputs to utilize in the production of goods to be exported. This scheme covers under Chapter-4 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) Govt. of India.
The benefits for this scheme can be applied by a manufacturer exporter or merchant exporter through the supporting manufacturer.
Our Role: Online filing of Application, follow-up for Fixation/ Re-fixation or ratification of SION/Adhok norms from the O/o DGFT HQ, New Delhi, Invalidation for Local procurement of inputs, Redemption of License, Revalidation/ E.O. Extension, Transferability Endorsement of DFIA License, Utilization or non-utilization certificate from Customs, EODC, No Boand Certificate (NBC).
EPCG Scheme allows import of capital goods and spares at nill duty. Import under EPCG Scheme shall be subject to an export obligation equivalent to 6 times of duty saved on capital goods, tobe fulfilled in 6 years.
Our Role: Online filing of application, issuance of license, post issuance formality, tracking the prograss of export obligation over a period of six years, Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC), invalidation for local procurement.
There are many items which is not freely exportable/importable from/to the country catagorized as Restricted Items. The exporters/Importers required a special permission from the Government of India to import or export of such Restricted Items called Import/Export Authorization of Restricted items which is granted by DGFT HQ, New Delhi.
Our Role: Online filing of application, Followups up to issuance of Authorization.
Export House recognised to the exporters based on their export performance of last three financial years and current financial year. The exporters recognised as export house called as One Star Export House/Two Star Export House/Three Star Export House/Four Star Export House/Five Star Export House.
SCOMET Authorization issued by the DGFT to export of items falls under Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and Technoloies. The SCOMET items listed in Appendix - 3 of FTP.
This certificate issued for export of any item which is not restricted or prohibited for export confirming that the product is freely sold in the country but without any indication that the product is evaluated for safety and efficacy and is registered for use in the country.
A Certificate of Origin is a document that evidences that the goods in your export shipment were produced, manufactured or processed in a particular country.
